Musicals and productions are serious undertakings for schools and communities, often requiring considerable time after hours for both students and staff. As a vocal music theatre coach, Music Minds offers specialist skills in rehearsing intricate and complex songs. Services include:

·      Introducing students to using their voices for the stage, warming up, correct vocal technique, good vocal health

·      Working with students of all levels and abilities to learn, refine and perform solo and ensemble musical numbers in a stylistically appropriate way

·      Developing ensemble singing: blend, balance, intonation

·      Developing confidence and enjoyment in the creation of the show and social interaction through singing and warm up games

·      Creating a positive culture of singing, awareness of text and meaning to encourage students to continue singing in ensemble contexts in other aspects of school programs (such as choirs etc.)
